Hello, We Are Aloha Yoga and Hula!

We are a nurturing yoga studio that welcomes everyone to support and inspire each other in our mats and out to the world. Our experienced yoga and dance instructors are caring and eager to help you achieve health, wellness and peace.

At Aloha Yoga and Hula we offer a variety of yoga styles and dance classes for all ages. Whether you are an avid practitioner or a curious beginner, we have something to offer you.

Our beautiful studio has 2 spacious rooms (1000sq ft each) with a large lobby area and a fun room for older kids to chill while parents are in class. Each of our practice rooms give a soothing ambience with ocean looking floors and big scenic murals to ensure complete relaxation and bliss.

Improve Flexibility

Improved flexibility is one of the first and most obvious benefits of yoga. During your first class, you probably won’t be able to touch your toes, never mind do a backbend.

Better bone heath

It’s well documented that weight-bearing exercise strengthens bones and helps ward off osteoporosis.

A wonderful place to start your Yoga practice. Everyone is so welcoming and the instructors are awesome. It has a great vibe!

I walked into this studio with zero experience, and each time I leave, I feel like I've grown a little bit more. I love all the instructors there. Myriam, Michael and Lynette are my personal favorites. They teach a wide variety of classes there, from vinyasa to restorative, from yoga for core to yoga for healthy backs - highly recommend all of them as well as the different challenges/events they hold to get you more involved. Myriam was also recently nominated as one of the top 5 yogis in the valley as well, she, as well as the AYH community has helped me so much during this journey. 🙏
