Class Detail

We offer classes that range in challenge to fit every level

Keiki Hula 4-12yo

Girls will learn Hula (Hawaiian Dancing) in the context of learning about Hawai’i, elements of the culture, language, and history through age appropriate activities.

Each class will have segments of hula basics, learning dances, storytelling and language.

Basics will be strengthened through repetition, focusing attention through the use of language games, group singing/chanting, and challenges.

Activities will help the girls to understand what they are dancing about, especially since they do not live in Hawai’i.

Is it too late to start my 4yr old? Also what is the fee for her to be in hula class?
