weights n’ yoga

Yoga with weights gives a new way to challenge ourselves.

Pick the dumbbell weight you need and strengthen by doing reps getting in and out of yoga poses.

Sun salutations are incorporated as well as some core work.

Adding free weights to your yoga practice increases muscle awareness and boosts lean muscle mass and flexibility.

Plus, the added cardio bursts in this workout will increase your cardiovascular endurance and elevate your heart rate for maximum calorie burn.
