Struggling with a lack of balance in her life, Katie began practicing yoga consistently two years ago as a means to heal her body and calm her mind. She hopes to share her experience, knowledge, and love for yoga with her clients.
Katie’s passion lies in teaching people the importance of mindful movement and maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle in order to promote good physical and mental health.
