Kids Yoga

Our yoga classes specially designed for boys and girls ages 5 to 12 years old teaches them about mindfulness to support enhanced outcomes for life, health, school, and leadership through asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath control) and meditation (mind control).

Kids Yoga:

Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm with Lucy Bludorn

Saturdays 9:00-10:00am with Lucy Bludorn

What to bring:

Yoga mat *required (you can rent or purchase at our studio)

Comfortable workout clothes

Please leave toys, electronics and valuables at home
