Yoga Classes with Myriam

“To achieve something that you have never done before, you must become someone you have never been before.”

Our classes are based on vinyasa style which is a flowy connection from asana to asana (postures). There are many paths to enlightenment, and each one of us experience growth and expansion in a very unique way, and in perfectly orchestrated timing. Our philosophy at Aloha is to start challenging the physical body to calm the mind to open our intuition (third eye).

When the physical body is challenged, the mind begins to focus, and with continuous practice, the physical “struggle” ceases and the chatter of the mind quiets, it is then when the doors to the wonders of our intuition (connection to God, Source, Divine, Higher Self, Universe, etc.) can be accessed freely.

All of our classes are appropriate for those that like to be physically challenged and that are looking to deepen their knowledge and understanding of self. No previous experience necessary, as we never stop learning. All of our classes are one hour in length.

VINYASA

Starts with breathing to center and transition from our day into the practice. A gentle warm up follows, then Surya Namaskar (A, B and/or variations) and various asanas according to the theme of the week. Core work is always included. Cool down and sweet savasana.

CORE VINYASA

Starts with breathing to center and transition from our day into the practice. A gentle warm up follows, then a variety of movements that target the core, followed by Surya Namaskar (A, B and/or variations) and various asanas according to the theme of the week. Cool down and sweet savasana.

STRENGTH VINYASA

Starts with breathing to center and transition from our day into the practice. A gentle warm up follows, then a variety of movements using dumbbells, followed by Surya Namaskar (A, B and/or variations) and various asanas according to the theme of the week. Cool down and sweet savasana.

ASHTANGA MIX

Based on the primary series of traditional Ashtanga. No music played during this class. The main focus for the mind is on the exhalation and the activation of mula bandha (root lock).

 

PRICING

Unlimited yoga $69 per month *Please pay on or before the first of the new month.

10 yoga classes $100 *6 months expiration from the first time used.

Drop-in yoga $18

PRIVATE LESSONS

$60 per hour for current students. $100 per hour for new students. $150 per hour for groups.
